Service Commitment

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all our services
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced with at least 48 hours advance notice
• Emergency maintenance may be performed with minimal notice for security reasons

Service Updates

We may update, modify, or enhance our services to improve functionality, add new features, or address security concerns. Major changes will be communicated to users in advance through email notifications and platform announcements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VokarStep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with appropriate notice. We want to ensure a smooth transition process for all users.

User-Initiated Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Service-Initiated Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, with appropriate notice and opportunity to remedy where possible.
